Flashback
"Sometimes, a physical object – such as a book, furniture, a picture frame, or a favourite article of clothing – can take us back to another time entirely. It evokes memories of warmth, joy, or inspiration. These tangible things are not just objects but gateways to our deepest emotions."
My Experience:
Recently, I found a copy of The Little Insect Book by Godfried Bomans in a free library. My father used to read this book to us my brother and me on winter evenings. As the stove burned and we listened in complete silence, this book transported us to a world full of fantasy. There was no arguing or disagreement. We weren't allowed to interrupt; we sat there quietly, wholly immersed in the story, without worry. All we had to do was pay attention. That book symbolizes warmth, joy, care, and the feeling of living intensely for me.
Your challenge for today: flashback
Choose an object that resonates with you – a book, furniture, a picture frame, or something else. Let the object take you back to a memory or a feeling you want to relive next year, e.g. of happiness😊, victory🥇 or justice⚖️ or security 🦮, joy😹, etcetera. Where were you? Who was with you? What were you doing? Review that video. Write down what that object means to you and the memories it brings up. Or make a collage or assembly. Maybe moodboard?
Invitation to visualize: flashforward
What object did you select? You're welcome to share your memory here or keep it as a private source of reflection and inspiration. You can also participate in the Tetralixstudio Facebook challenge. Above all, please share your thoughts and give them away generously! Offer your insights to us all, or retain them for future use and development for yourself.

I saw a picture of a pittoresk farm in the south, just a few hours ago. Immediately, as in a time-machine , I was transported back to a long forever time, in my youth, having adventures with my "gang" of friends, in the woods. Sometimes very dangerous adventures...in the cold mist and rain. A dog was there too.. but no grown-ups, just us. That was a happy time! That was a truly free time.
